To ensure your satisfaction and the quality of your shopping experience, we clarify our store’s return and exchange policy:
Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange
\t•\tWrong order received: The correct product will be shipped at our full responsibility.
\t•\tIncomplete order received: The missing item will be delivered, or its value refunded.
\t•\tDamaged or defective product: Must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
\t•\tProducts that have been modified in size or altered at the customer’s request, or if the customer has made modifications at an external store (e.g., adjusting length, size, or any other alteration) are not eligible for return or exchange.
\t•\tPayment via installment services (Tabby – Tamara) cannot be refunded directly by us; refunds must go through the partners. Customers may exchange for a product of equal or higher value.
\t•\tDiscounted products are not eligible for return.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
\t•\tReturn: Within 2 days of receiving the product.
\t•\tExchange: Within 3 days of receiving the product.
Fees & Responsibilities
\t•\tThe company does not cover shipping fees for returns or exchanges, except in cases of wrong orders received.
\t•\tThe customer is responsible for full shipping fees, and the company reserves the right to refuse return if the product is received in an unsellable condition.
\t•\tOnce a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date the product is received and inspected.
Customer Agreement
Placing an order on the website constitutes full acceptance of this policy. The company is not responsible if the customer has not reviewed the policy.
